INSTRUCTIONS


#1 - Print out the Food Vendor's Application and General Release by clicking here.

#2 - Complete, sign and fax the application to (954) 480-4405.  Deadline is December 1, 2010.

#3 - Email digital photos of your food booth to deerfieldbeachfestivals@gmail.com. Include in your email a brief description of your food business. Or, mail photos and a description of your food business to Festival of the Arts, 150 NE 2nd Ave, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.

#5 - Make check payable to: City of Deerfield Cultural Committee. (see rates below)

#4 - Mail signed application with payment check to: DFB Art Festival, 150 NE 2nd Ave, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.

FOOD VENDORS RATES AND POLICIES


Date and Times:  Festival dates for 2011 are January 29th (Saturday) from 10-5 and January 30th from 10-5.

Place:  The Festival returns back to the beach. See "Map" for details.

Booth Costs:  $450 for a booth 10 feet deep and 15 feet wide.

Food Carts:  $260 and must be totally portable.

Electricity:  Available upon pre-arrangement for an additional $25.00

Water:  Available upon pre-arrangement.

Ice:  Available for approximately $5.00 per bag.

Proper Permit:  Is essential. Click here for copy of the Application for Temporary Event License.

Cleaning Charge:  $100 if your area is not left in appropriate condition.

Duplicate food products:  We not duplicate items between food vendors (except for sodas).

Vendor Priority:  Vendors are chosen by a first-come first-served basis. Prior to the 12/01/10 deadline we give priority to previous vendors.

Set-Up Requirements: You will need to be set up by 9 an Saturday morning so that inspection can be completed by 10am.  You will have access to your booth space by noon Friday, Jan 29th. Come to the Cultural Committee Information booth which will be well marked and located on SE 1st Street between A1A and Ocean Way.
